Customers deserve our prompt service once an order is placed and monies are received.  Whenever this is not possible, we will communicate that with our customers ... not after it’s become a problem ... but before it can become a problem.

Customers deserve a prompt and courteous reply to any and all inquiries that they may have in the course of doing business with us.

Customers deserve a prompt and courteous response to problems and questions about the orders they have placed.

Customers deserve a discounted price on their favorite games.

Customers are our lifeblood. We should never forget that, and we should never do or say anything that might alienate our customers.

Vendors are our partners, and we will always be respectful of their copyrights, their products, and their management.  Without product, we do not have a business.
